2. Your order
When you pay at checkout you are offering to buy the items in your cart. Our contract with you starts when we email you an order confirmation. If we can't accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong) we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges for physical products are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. If you pay with a non-UK card, your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.
4. Physical products
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times and charges are explained on our Delivery Informationpage. Natural materials such as gemstones, crystals and wood vary, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Digital products and courses
After payment we email you a link to download or access your purchase. It is licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use: please don't share, resell or publish it. If you have trouble accessing anything you bought, contact us and we'll put it right.
6. Consultations
After you book, our representative will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to agree a date and time. Sessions take place online by Zoom or Google Meet. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible and at least 24 hours before your session.
Consultations offer spiritual guidance and mentorship drawn from mind sciences and Sufi practice. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services.
7. Golden Membership
Membership gives you access to a private WhatsApp community and the benefits described on the membership page. We email your invite link after payment; please keep it to yourself. Members are expected to treat others with respect, and we may remove anyone who is abusive or shares community content outside the group.
8. Your right to cancel
You usually have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content and consultations this right ends once the content has been delivered or the session has taken place, if you asked us to start straight away. Full details, and how to cancel, are on our Cancellations & Refunds page.
9. If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, digital content must be as described and work properly, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something we supplied falls short, contact us and we will repair or replace it, redo the service, or refund you, as the law provides.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve it.
