Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by Saifullah Qureshi, trading as Saef Qureshi, of [Business address — to be added]. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at hello@saefquraishi.org.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email address, country and the items you buy.
  • Delivery details — your postal address, for physical products.
  • Phone / WhatsApp number — required for consultations so we can arrange your session; optional otherwise.
  • Payment details — entered directly into our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
  • Messages — anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical information — your IP address is used to work out which country you are in so we can show the right prices and delivery options. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:

Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where that happens the transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the tax year of purchase, as required by HMRC.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
  • Emails and messages: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they relate to an order.

Cookies and local storage

We only use storage that the site needs to work: your browser remembers your cart, your detected country and your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies during payment to prevent fraud, and embedded YouTube videos may set cookies when played.
